There, we permanently keep all relevant spare parts for our laser systems. Thanks to this decentralized spare inventory, we can often guarantee even duty-free deliveries at international locations.
Due to the modular design of the diode lasers, the installation of spare parts can usually be carried out personally by the customer without taking up much time. This ensures that processes are only briefly interrupted, thereby increasing the cost-effectiveness of laser use. If support is still required, our service hotline and, if necessary, our local service technicians will provide quick and uncomplicated assistance.
Customized laser components - such as special diode stacks - are manufactured at our production site in Mülheim-Kärlich near Koblenz according to demand and are also available at short notice.
