What professional development opportunities does Laserline offer?

We train our employees individually and according to their needs. This starts with a detailed induction plan and a tutor who is assigned to each new employee. During the first few months at Laserline, all employees receive a good insight into our products, markets, production and internal processes through our Laserline training courses. Every year, we talk to each employee about their personal training needs so that the courses on offer, including soft skills training, are tailored to their individual requirements. We support managers in their role by offering special management training and individual coaching sessions.
