Swissphotonics Lunch Chat

The Swissphotonics Lunch Chat takes place every week, offering a compact yet insightful platform for experts from industry and research to discuss current developments in photonics and laser-based manufacturing. Laserline will take part in the Lunch Chat on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

Mathias Schlett, Key Account Manager at Laserline, will contribute with a presentation on “Blue diode lasers for welding and additive manufacturing of highly reflective materials.” His talk will highlight current challenges in processing materials such as copper and demonstrate how blue high-power diode lasers can significantly improve absorption, efficiency and process stability.
