Laserline will be presenting special optics for laser coatings and the latest developments in additive manufacturing at Formnext 2025:

• OTZ zoom optics with 30 kW output power: Flexibly adjustable spot size for a wide range of process requirements - from precision components to large surfaces.
• OTI optics for internal coatings: Developed for pipes and complex components such as truck brake discs. Compact design, large immersion depths and precise laser beam guidance enable homogeneous layer formation even in areas that are difficult to access.
• LDFblue 400-wbc and LDFblue 800-wbc - Blue high-brightness diode lasers: With a wavelength of 445 nm, optimized for non-ferrous metals such as copper, gold or aluminium. They enable spatter-free additive manufacturing in powder bed processes with high process stability and loT-enabled architecture.
