Laser beam remote welding
is extremely quick, flexible, and with
95 percent lower operation costs
compared to tactile laser welding;
it is clearly cheaper.
The production of seat rails benefits from
large field remote welding with scanner systems
by reputable manufacturers. Thanks to the excellent beam
quality of Laserline’s LDF beam converters, the optic can move
quite flexibly and dynamically around the component while still
be able to weld in a focused and precise manner.
