When joining hot-galvanized sheets, the pre-spots
ablate the galvanizing at the edge of the brazed
seam and thus calm the brazing process.

With its main square spot and two leading small
spots, the triple-spot module can be integrated
into tactile brazing optics from reputable third-
party providers. In the brazing process, the little
spots ablate the galvanizing at the edges of the
brazed seam, allowing the main spot to directly
melt the solder.

In this way, the brazing process is calmed.
Spatters can almost completely be prevented.
The result is smooth and clean brazed seams at
which even after coating no critical areas are
shown. More than 100 of these models are
already in use among customers.
