Updated info for customers, suppliers and partners
On account of the global spread of the Corona virus and the associated health risks, we at all Laserline company premises have been following a strategy of consequent risk minimization since March. To keep the infection rate during operations as low as possible, strict hygiene concepts have been developed and implemented. Travel activities were restricted, teams were kept apart with respect to time and location, and further preventive measures were taken.
This strategy has clearly been found successful. Until today, no case of Covid-19 infection has been reported at any of Laserline’s premises nor have interruptions in production and delivery become necessary. We are pleased with this positive development, which we attribute not only to the aforementioned operational protection measures, but also to the exceptional sense of responsibility and extraordinary level of personal discipline among all Laserline employees. For these, we are most grateful.
The decline in infection rates and loosening of official contact limitations have made the first careful steps back to normal business operations possible at most locations. Especially in the European and Asian regions, service and sales teams are now able to visit customers again if requested. In our application laboratories at the main factory in Mülheim-Kärlich, Germany, our customers can now personally attend to processing tests and application trials. Production and delivery of systems have continued unabated.
Still, the health and well-being of our customers, partners and employees have always been our highest priority. To that end, all business operations are therefore carried out in strict compliance with the provisions regulating distances and hygiene which will continue into the foreseeable future.
We look to the future with renewed optimism while hoping that the current crisis situation will soon be at an end. We shall keep you informed of further development at Laserline.
